What is it going to take to pull off Crow Mountain 2011?

We have a go/no-go point on July 14, 2011. At that time, we should have talked to the land owner, Mr. Proctor, to see if it is feasible for us to have an event there in the spring.

We need to submit sups for the Fall event.

7/1/11 - Farrout - Mr Procter is okay with the spring. Wants it to be in April rather than May. It will cost us a bit more for his hay loss.
