UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

......June 30th (Saturday) Rally Cross...... Saturday after rally cross will be the dragrace portion at JHP.....July 1st(Sunday) Autocross.

I've had several suggestions to make the event better but keep em coming. The biggest change I know will happen is a little heavier weight placed on number of cars used......more than likely a single car used for all three events will have the best shot at becoming the ironman. Will we have a repeat winner this year? Will it be an out of towner? The trophy this year will be a little more unique for sure.....I have too many used car parts not to make something different this year.

Ok going to use this as the semi official entry list:

Carguy
Yellowham
Nathan
Jenn
Chip
Bryce
Dena
Spa rky (beware I see this as a real contender...no sh**)
Brandon
Chaz

Shea?
Scott?
Randy?
Spike?
Mike C?
Nazz?
Mathew Curtis?
Bueller? Bueller?

Could we get extra points for driving the vehicles to all of the events(no trailer)? or using the same tires at all events? just some thoughts.

From what I've gathered(I could be wrong) but the winner is based on total rallyX time+best 1/8 mile+best autox? Doesn't this format heavily favor the rally considering there will be 5-6 50-60second runs? Basically it would be nice to see all events count evenly or more evenly, if that makes any sense.

Basically you get points depending on how you place in each event.....you know 10 points for 1st, 9 for second, 8 for third, etc.......then after all the events are scored lets say you end up with a total of 24 points and only drove one car so you would get 24 points X a weighted factor of using one car (do we dare call this PAX) of 1 so you just got 24 points......another guy had 26 points but used 2 cars so he gets 26 X .8 (weighted factor for 2 cars) so he ends up with a 20.8 point total and you won! Make sense?

Nope....not yet....still refining them since a 2 car driver almost won it last year. More weight will be given to a single car entrant this year for sure. The points will be....

1st = 10
2nd = 9
3rd = 6
4th = 4
5th = 3
6th = 2
7th or lower = 1

Is that for where the competitors placed overall or in relation to each other? Will the autocross places be determined by PAX?

Is that a "stack the deck" move to keep a 2 car driver from winning? You are going to dash our meager hopes.

Are the points given for each class or overall? The only reason that I ask is that RallyX and AutoX have vastly different amounts of classes.
